It would have been Linda’s 66th birthday today.

Some in-development scenes from "Linda & Joan Prologue: Four Months Earlier," due out in 2020 on iOS, macOS, Windows. Learn more here.
Linda on the trail
The game’s prologue is set on a hiking trail in Griffith Park in Los Angeles. Linda was experiencing some discomfort in her legs, but figuring it was just sore knees, she was able to walk it ok with the help of a stick. I’ve been using a general model of Linda — from the main game — during the prologue’s development, but I finished the hike-specific model today, complete with stick-walk animation.
Griffith Observatory
Linda & Joan Prologue: Four Months Earlier will hopefully be available for iOS, macOS, and Windows. It will hopefully be released in 2020. All these “hopefully”s are because making a video game by yourself is bonkers. A good thing about having one’s “finger” in all the “pies” is that when I’ve had enough of optimizing shader code or debugging dual walk-and-talk navigation systems, I can blow off steam by doing some 3D modeling! Today I added the ultimate destination of the prologue… Griffith Observatory. Here are some glamor shots for your ocular pleasure.
